Here's an opportunity to buy a very well maintained cruising boat that will provide a blank canvas to create the Cruising boat of your dreams. Ready to customize, this 2004 H-386 has been kept at factory spec. 
The Hunter 386 really hit the nail on the head when they achieved many key attributes of a cruising boat in only 38 feet. You get easy on/off access via the stepped walk-through transom and the large trademark Hunter cockpit. The wide flush decks are easy to move fwd to aft and give great visibility fwd from the helm. The interior boasts two large staterooms, a huge head with a dedicated shower stall, as well as a separate sink and vanity in the fwd guest stateroom. Not to mention a real cook's galley with the most countertop space you'll find in a 38' boat, open planned and facing the large salon with nearly a 13' beam! 
The owners who relocated from the NE down to the GA coast just recently, would previously haul the boat out annually, undergoing the decommissioning and recommissioning process, which is evident in the quality of the boat's condition. The sails were taken to a climate controlled Loft each year for cleaning and starching, keeping them in great condition. 
Reverie had a bottom job early July, where the bottom was sandblasted, epoxy barrier coated and interprotect GI WM hard shell paint was applied (no need to worry about another bottom job for about 3 years)  - making her in tip top condition and ready for her new owners. 
The boat's Yanmar also recently had its annual service and a new, modern digital gauge cluster installed. Approx 400 hours only due to the nature of their use - they would sail on/off their mooring up North! There is documentation from W.W. Williams in Savannah of the pre-recorded hours on the old engine panel gauge, before installing the new - so hours have been verified.
